MacPractice Regional Users’ Meeting

Staff, office managers, and doctors currently using MacPractice are invited to learn more about the program abilities you already use, how to use information in MacPractice to effectively run your business, and see more details for new features you might be considering for your office.  Class topics range from the basics of MacPractice to the highest level of data gathering to grow and protect your business.

Participants can choose between a total of eleven sessions to suit the specific areas of importance for your practice.  (You are welcome to audit courses for abilities you do not have, but please understand that material will be geared to current users.)  Lunch will be provided onsite, and the Loews Hotel is so beautiful you will not want to leave!  Concurrent to training sessions there will also be an “Ask the Trainer” table where you can schedule 15 minutes of time for help with your specific questions, first-come, first-served that day.  Staff familiar with Macs and peripheral hardware will also be onsite.

The cost is $400 for the first registrant from your office, and $300 for each additional registrant.

Hotel rooms are available at the meeting location for $129 per night on November 3.  Just mention “MacPractice” when you book your room with Loews Annapolis Hotel at  800-526-2593.  In order to guarantee this rate, rooms must be booked by October 3, 2011.  This is a beautiful hotel, and Annapolis is a lovely town to visit for an extra day or the weekend.

If you have any questions after reading the detailed information provided, please contact Jill Hughey at 717-312-4354 x802 or jill@macanswer.net.  We are excited about our second annual meeting for MacPractice users in our region, and we hope we will see you on November 4!
